Local Shipping:
We have Singapore Post Normal Mail and Courier Services.
Please note only items with Maximum Dimensions of 324 x 229 x 65mm and Maximum Weight of 2kg; Bags are not able to go via Normal Mail. Bags and biggers items can only go by Standard Courier.
Courier Services are strongly recommended as we are not responsible for any lost or delayed mail via normal mail. Normal Mails are non traceable and non compensation. We don't accommodate request for replacement for any of Singpost's lost or delayed parcels.
International Shipping:
We partner with Easy Parcel/ Singpost to ship worldwide.

Returns and Refunds
All items sold are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and no cancellation allowed once payments are made.
We tried our best to provide measurements for every of our items.
In the case of wrong size ordered, we will try our best to accommodate exchange but only to our ready stock items, We apologize that Preorder Items are not possible for return and exchange.
Hygiene exception for exchange and return: Items like underwear, face mask, socks
Return and exchange of wrong size for Ready Stock Items
Item condition should be:
1. Tags and Plastic all intact
2. Item should not be washed or worn or used
3. Kindly put the item in a decent packing to preserve the good condition.
Please post or courier back to us for further checking.
Fees for Normal Mail or Courier will be at buyer's cost
Please allow us 1-2 working days after receipt of item for further checking.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any request if above conditions are not met.
Hence, item will be mailed or courier back at buyer's own cost.
Damage items upon receipt.
It is our protocol to check every item before we send out to buyers.
For any item that is damaged upon receipt kindly refer to:
1. Kindly provide a picture or screenshot with the Item condition that have tags and plastic all intact and item should not be washed or worn or used.
2. Kindly email to us: sales@djshop-sg.com or whats app/ SMS us @ +65 8902 6764 for us to assess.
3. Please allow us 1-2 working days after receipt of item for further checking.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any request if above conditions are not met.
4. In the event if we need to see the item, we will be request for buyer to send to us the item for further checking.
Every fee will be at buyer's cost.
